What response can I expect?

When you use any of our online forms, you will receive an automatic reply which:

  • confirms that your message has been sent;
  • gives you your own copy of the message;
  • includes a Message Reference number.

Please note that email replies can only be sent if you have provided a valid email address.

If your message is an enquiry, complaint or request for service, we will give your message the same high priority as letters or telephone request. We aim to ensure that all correspondence is given a full reply within ten working days.
