Permission is required to collect money or sell articles in streets or public places within Thurrock for the benefit of charitable or other purposes. A 'public place' for this purpose will include most places where members of the public have unrestricted access.

Which online contact us form should I choose?

For each of our services there are five online forms available:

  • Our services are here to help you. If you would like to send a request for a service, or for information or advice, please use the Request a service or advice form.
  • People who live and work in Thurrock are the first to notice when incidents occur that need the attention of council servicet1. Please send us details of any specific problems by using the Report an incident form.
  • Should you wish to send us comments about any aspect of our services, or if you have a question that you would like us to answer, please use the Comment or enquire form.
  • Although we always try to deliver services to the highest standard, sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please use the Make a complaint form.
