Democratic Services provides a wide range of advice, assistance and administration to Members, officers and members of the public in connection with the Council's decision making process. It ensures meetings of the Council, Cabinet, Overview and Scrutiny function and Regulatory Committees work within the legislative framework, in accordance with the Council's Constitution, procedural rules, financial regulations, codes of conduct and protocols.
