Listening and learning from your complaints

When you complain, we listen and act. "You said, we did" lists examples of how we do this, and how it helps us make improvements to the services we provide.

We realise how important it is that we show you - our residents and the wider community - that we are learning from the complaints we receive. As such we will be updating this "You said, we did" page with new examples of how your feedback leads to better services.
