To make a booking please complete the online form below. Before sending a completed form, please make sure you have read our Terms & Conditions along with our information for Weekday Bookings or Weekend Bookings, as appropriate.

    • This buffet consists only of vegetarian food,
      but has to be booked for all delegates.
      (some vegetarian contents are on all buffets).

  • Please note buffet contents may vary for weekend, small events, holidays, or in the event of a catering emergency.
  • Please note some products may contain nuts.
  • Your buffet will include the correct number of plates to match delegate numbers booked. Please advise the kitchen if extra catering is required on the day, where we will endeavour to meet your requirements. This will be charged at the standard rate.
  • Cancellation: 5 working days notice in writing to avoid full cost. Your cancellation will be emailed to you - please retain as proof of cancellation.
  • In the interests of food hygiene and temperature standards, all catering must be ordered from our in-house catering facility.
  • Please bring your own laptop if one is required.
  • Please let us know if internet access is required. You will need to bring a laptop and have your own Thurrock Council login user-ID and password, in accordance with Thurrock Council ICT Policy. If you do not have a Thurrock Council login used-ID and password you will not be able to access the internet at the Culver Centre.
