Welcome to Overview & Scrutiny at Thurrock Council
Encouraging greater public involvement in how the Council runs its services is central to how the Council wants to modernise the way it works.
The Overview & Scrutiny process provides an opportunity for councillors and members of the public to examine the various functions of the council and to ask questions on how decisions have been made.
