What is the Electoral Register?

The electoral register is a list of all the people in Thurrock who are eligible to vote in elections. This is separated into the twenty wards in the Borough and laid out in alphabetical street order. If your name is not on the register then you are not entitled to vote.

Annual Canvass

The next annual canvass will commence in July 2012. This is a statutory requirement and a form will be sent to every household in the borough. The revised register of Electors will be published on 16 October 2012. For more information visit our annual canvass page.

Your details can be updated monthly if you move address or change your name. Registration forms are available on our download forms page.
