Why we are consulting

Purpose

We are seeking views from members of the public, community forums and disabled persons' groups on a proposed change of process to make the application of National Concessionary Bus Passes quicker and more efficient for applicants. The scheme that is currently in place is a national scheme that all local authorities across England has a statutory obligation to deliver.
