| Purpose | Thurrock Council is seeking the views of residents on ways that dog owners can exercise their dogs in a responsible way. Responsible dog ownership should not cause concern to others, especially those with children using toddler play areas. The consultation will help us identify whether there is a need for dog control orders in specific areas and what measure the Orders should put in place. |
