Our Key Strategies

Thurrock Council develops strategies and plans and publications to deliver the many different services it provides. Some of these strategies are developed and written in partnership with other local organisations. The Policy Framework within the Constitution is a separate legal requirement that requires certain functions to be undertaken by the Full Council. These include the adoption or approval of specified strategies or plans. The list includes:
