Service planning and delivery is about how we, as a council, and working with our partners, prioritise what services we need to provide to meet the needs of our residents and customers. It is also about translating the priorities into actions and targets to be sure we deliver on them. As with all our arrangements, we aim to put residents at the heart of the process, consulting widely on the services they want, when and how they want them. We build resident and customer views into our service planning. Wherever possible we seek to provide the services our customers want within the resources available.
