Land and Premises in Thurrock

The Lands Department manages the Council's non-operational land and buildings. We also buy land and buildings if needed for delivering services as well as selling surplus land and buildings. In addition, we are responsible for administering the statutory right to buy process and for preparing service charges for Council leaseholders.
