School Visits to the Library

Who is visiting the library this term?

Each term we welcome classes to the library for story and information sessions. Sessions are held at all libraries throughout the year, and a specific age group is targeted each term.

• During Autumn all Year 5 classes are invited.
• Year 3 teachers look out for your invitation in January.
• Reception class teachers - your invitation will arrive in April.

Many children take the opportunity to join the library and take home their first library book.

• All visits can be tailored to a school's individual requirements.
• All year groups are welcome.
