East Tilbury library is a purpose built library which was opened in July 1975. It has a large floor area allowing for various promotions which have been supported by our local primary school. The staff have been working in this library for 20 years and are looked on by some borrowers as part of the furniture - in fact they are now dealing with second generations of children.
