  • Our services are here to help you. If you would like to send a request for a service, or for information or advice, please use the service request form.
  • People who live and work in Thurrock are the first to notice when incidents occur that need the attention of council servicet1. Please send us details of any specific problems by using the incident report form.
  • Should you wish to send us comments about any aspect of our services, or if you have a question that you would like us to answer, please use the enquiry form.
  • Although we always try to deliver services to the highest standard, sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied with the service you have received, please use the complaint form.
