Thurrock Council are currently looking at various Electronic Monitoring System for the in-house team, in particular the scanner and barcode reader currently being used by some of the external providers. We have also setup a provider portal link which the external providers will upload their actuals and hours worked. The in-house providers will have access to the provider portal.
