Careline is an emergency home alarm system for older people and younger people with a chronic sickness or disability which allow them to live independently while having easy access to help in an emergency. The service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Careline is available to all tenants in Thurrock who are elderly, disabled or vulnerable and may need help in an emergency.
You can use Careline if you,
Careline is easy to install. We plug it into your telephone socket and a nearby electrical socket. We will also take essential details for future emergencies; the whole process takes about 30 minutes.
