Adaptation of the popular 1980's british comedy. Hi De Hi" was the successful British comedy dealing with the short-lived vacation seaside resorts that apparently sprung up around the UK in the late 1950s. With events such as most knobby knees contests, bicycle hockey, sandcastle-building (first prize was a balloon) and a pie-eating contest in which the prize was (you guessed it) a pie, it's no wonder these resorts failed.
