This specification sets out requirements for the construction of roads on residential estates. The Highway Authority reserves the right to amend any or all parts of this document without prior notice. This document has been produced for guidance purposes only. The responsibility of the design remains with the developer.
Works not covered by this document will comply with the Department for Transport specification for highway works unless otherwise agreed in writing by the engineer. All references to documents and standards that have been revised, amended or superseded should be taken to refer to the latest amendment, revision or successor document.
