There are four different reasons why a tag may be placed on one of your wheeled bins:

If the tag has been left on your blue bin then your bin contains items that are not recyclable. The non-recyclable items need to be removed and placed in the green/grey bin. A list of recyclable items is on the reverse of the tag.
Please refer to Household collections - recyclable waste for further information.

If the tag has been left on your brown bin then your bin contains items that cannot be processed. These items need to be removed and placed in the green/grey bin. A list of items that can be processed is on the reverse of the tag.
Please refer to Household collections - kitchen & garden waste for further information.

Excess waste will not be collected. If you have excess waste, please either take it to the Civic Amenity site or ensure that the waste is placed in the appropriate bin, which should be put out for collection by 7am on the day of your next collection, with the lid closed.
Please refer to Household collections - non-recyclable waste for further information.
Your missing bin may have been destroyed or damaged whilst being emptied. Please report it to the helpline on 01375 652652 to arrange for a replacement.
