Coronavirus (COVID-19) – college update

We are now taking bookings for courses next term. We will be providing courses using remote online learning and classroom-based learning that follows government safety rules. You can book courses and assessments online, including free online community courses in August and September.

We remain closed temporarily for public visits. Our pre-school is open from September during term time. Our rooms are not available for hire until further notice.

Cancellations, transfers and refunds

We don't refund fees automatically if your personal circumstances change and you no longer attend your course.

Full or part refunds will be paid as follows:

Change Refund
Your course is cancelled before it starts. We will offer a full refund or a transfer onto a similar course.
Your course is cancelled after it has started. We will offer a pro-rata refund or a transfer onto a similar course.
You transfer to another course. If the new course has higher fees then you must pay the additional course costs. If the course has lower fees you will automatically receive a refund of the difference. The first transfer is free but after that each transfer will cost £15.
You change your mind at the first lesson. You can transfer to another course and pay any additional course costs, or cancel your enrolment and receive a refund, minus a £15 cancellation charge.
You change your mind during the course. We are unable to give refunds if you change your mind or if personal circumstances stop you continuing. You will still have to pay any unpaid course fees.
