You can get free careers and skills advice from TCHC – part of the National Careers Service network – at Grays Adult Education Centre and other venues around Grays.

You can book an appointment with a TCHC adviser by phoning them on the number below.

The adviser can give your information, advice and guidance to help you make decisions on learning, training or work. Support includes:

  • job profiles
  • skills health check
  • advice on job hunting and interviews
  • how to write an effective CV
  • getting back into work or changing your career direction

OnTrack service for young adults

OnTrack is a programme to help young people in Thurrock who are unemployed and not in education or training. You can benefit from OnTrack if you are:

  • aged 16 to 29 years-old
  • living in Thurrock
  • unemployed
