Essex Savers net Credit Union is neither a bank nor a building society. It is a financial co-operative: a modern type of financial institution designed to help ordinary people give each other financial help. It holds savings deposited by members, makes loans to members at fair rates of interest and provides other financial services. Anyone living or working in Essex can join.

As a voluntary organisation, the credit union is always on the lookout for local volunteers. To become a volunteer, all you need to do is join the credit union yourself then get in touch and let us know what skills you have to offer, or what skills you’d like to gain.
