What's on in Thurrock

Get Online Week is the annual digital inclusion campaign by the Good Things Foundation. This year's Get Online Week runs from 14 October to 20 October.

Thurrock Libraries have been involved every year since 2007 and are hosting digital events and chat sessions once again. Join in to find out how you can get connected, learn new digital skills, and not be left alone in the digital world.

At our chat sessions you can learn about:

• online apps – for example, the NHS app, travel apps and shopping apps
• fake news and scams
• online applications forms
• volunteering
• banking online
• internet club
• how things work digitally

Our sessions are open to all and free to join. Enjoy a chat over tea at:

• Chadwell library from 10:30am to 1pm, Tuesday 15 October 2024
• Grays library from 10:30am to 1pm, Wednesday 16 October 2024
• Corringham library from 10:30am to 1pm, Thursday 17 October 2024
