A Vicar of Dibley Christmas - The Second Coming!

Thursday 10 February 2022, 7:45pm to Saturday 12 February 2022, 7:45pm

A few years ago, Thurrock Courts Players won the award for the best play with their version of Vicar of Dibley. This followed the TV episodes up to the wedding of Hugo and Alice. The same cast return in this second part, which continues the story up to Alice giving birth in the Nativity.

Packed with the funniest scenes from the series, this is likely to sell out fast. No, no, no, no... yes it will! So get your tickets early!

Your safety is very important to us

We politely encourage all customers to carry out a coronavirus (COVID-19) lateral flow test before visiting the theatre.

If you have received a positive COVID-19 test or you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. A full refund will be offered for your ticket if you are unable to attend because you've received a positive COVID-19 test or have been asked to isolate.

It is no longer a legal requirement to wear a face covering, but the theatre is an enclosed space and you will be in close contact with people you don't normally meet, so we strongly encourage you to wear one unless exempt.

We do not have social distancing built-in to our our seating plan. If required, you can ask for a seat to be left in-between your booking by calling our Box Office on 0345 300 5264.

There will be one-way systems in place, and the foyer area has been re-designed to allow a better flow of people, so you can now buy all your drinks and snacks in one place. Please keep your distance and follow the signs throughout the building.

To avoid crowding, we are staggering arrival times. Please check your tickets carefully so you can arrive at the time shown below for your row of seats, and then make your way to your seat as soon as possible:

  • rows A to D – 40 minutes before the performance starts
  • rows E to H – 30 minutes before the performance starts
  • rows J to P – 20 minutes before the performance starts

At the end of the show you will be asked to remain in your seat and our staff will give directions to leave one row at a time. Please make your way out of the building as soon as possible.
