Off-peak daytime services are now hourly: 10:05am Gravesend, 10:15am Tilbury, 11am Gravesend, 11:12pm Tilbury, Midday Gravesend, 12:12pm Tilbury, 1pm Gravesend, 1:12pm Tilbury, 2pm Gravesend, 2:10pm Tilbury. No more than 20 passengers are allowed on board, except for 7:25am and 4pm sailings when up to 50 are allowed.
A regular ferry service operates from Monday to Saturday between Tilbury riverside and Gravesend. The service is provided by Jetstream Tours.

Tilbury sailings are to and from the Tilbury Riverside pontoon, off Ferry Road, Tilbury. On the Gravesend side, all sailings are to and from the Town Pier. To find these on the map, go to:
Fares below are from 5 November 2018. Tickets must be purchased on the ferry itself.

Peak time is from 5:40am to 9:15am, and from 4:15pm to 7:10pm.
Saver 10 is a weekly ticket that allows passengers to buy one ticket for 10 trips – either peak time or off-peak – in advance of their journey, saving both time and money.
Travel is free at any time for holders of a Thurrock, Kent or Medway National Concessionary Bus Pass. Other National Concessionary Bus Pass holders travel will be charged at the child rate for a single or return before 9:30am on weekdays, and may travel for free at all other times.
When travelling with children:
- child fares apply to children aged 5 to 15 years-old
- children under the age of 5 can travel free of charge at all times provided they are accompanied by a fare-paying passenger
- no more than 4 children under the age of 5 can accompany each fare-paying passenger
The Tilbury to Gravesend ferry is a foot passenger service. Bicycles can be taken on board, but motorbikes and other types of vehicle are not permitted.
