Please can you give me details on the amount of money spent hiring celebrities. They may have been hired to present awards, record video/audio clips, turn on Christmas lights, visit a local school or for any other purpose.
For each of the last five years (2019, 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2015), please state:
1)Which celebrity was hired to make an appearance.
2) What they were hired to do.
3) When they were hired.
4) How much they were paid.
5) If they were given anything in lieu of payment – eg night in a hotel, cab fares etc
6) In some instances a celebrity may have asked the money be paid to charity. If you have a record of this, please say how much and which charity.

- There was no cost for Education Awards 2017 as a head teacher compered the event and no cost for 2018 as a previous student compered the event
- Christmas Light Switch on events from 2015 to 2018 were carried out by the Mayor at no cost and in 2019 is being carried by the pantomime cast and sponsors at no cost
