The Arrangements for Placement of Children (General) Regulations 1991 and the Care, Planning, Placement and Case Review (England) Regulations 2010 and 2013 Amendments require us to maintain a register of all children in care placed in our area by other Local Authorities.
As part of our process we contact Local Authorities twice a year to check the information we hold on the register is accurate.
Under the Freedom of Information Act we would like to request the following information.
1. Does your Local Authority respond to this type of request?
2. If yes; what is the correct email address to send these requests to?
3. If yes; what is the time frame for responding to these request?
