Request:
I would like to submit a FOI request to:
- Enquire as to whether a Health Impact Assessment was performed on the decision to issue a Section 114 notice; and
- See a copy of this Health Impact Assessment, if completed.

Please see the below link to the Council’s Section 114 Report and Chief Executive’s Response, you will see the implications included. As it states all wider implications will be assessed as part of the ongoing implementation of the S114.
