Freedom of information response

Project reference relation

Publication date:
Monday 30 December 2019
Request:

1. Please confirm how many sites/projects these 1700 or so reference numbers actually relate to, once all the double counting and needlessly lapsed applications are taken out of the equation??

2. Please confirm what the actual Councillor site visit attendance rate for each Councillor on the Committee has been, when site visits were agreed for this year and each year over the last 4 years?

Response:

1.  Planning applications are matters of public record, this data is searchable via the following web link: www.thurrock.gov.uk/planning.

2.  Please see attached document Appendix A.  Please note site visit details may have been discussed at Committee meetings and would be incorporated into the minutes of the Committee meetings which are available publicly via the following web link: https://democracy.thurrock.gov.uk/ieListMeetings.aspx?CommitteeId=136.
