Waste Management License for Recycling Centre, Linford

A copy of the Waste Management License or Environmental Permit authorising Thurrock Council to operate Thurrock Council Recycling Centre, in Linford.

It is a legal requirement to have a waste management license or an environmental permit to operate a waste facility. I would like to view that license to ensure my compliance with it. You'll see from the photo attached which was taken today, 11th November 2019, that "the site is licensed for household rubbish only". It is usually the Environment Agency that issues these licenses to local authorities if that helps.

I did attend the site today and ask to see a copy, but neither the site supervisor nor manager could produce it, which is of some concern.

Could I please, therefore, have a copy of the waste management license / environmental permit that is in force for the Household Recycling centre which Thurrock Council operates on Buckingham Hill Road, Linford
