Figures released today, Tuesday 19 April, have revealed that the vast majority of children across Thurrock will receive one of their top 3 primary school choices for the September 2022 academic year.
Similar to last year’s results, from the 2,344 applications received this year over 96% of children will have been offered one of their top three places.
A total of 98.3% of primary school places were applied for online, an increase from 97.8% in 2021.
Parents who applied for their child’s primary school place online will be able to view which school has been allocated via your online account. For those who did not apply online, your offer letter will have been posted today, Tuesday 19 April.
Waiting lists for school places will be ready on Thursday 5 May. From this date, we will be able to advise parents and carers of their waiting list positions for Thurrock schools. For waiting lists at schools outside the borough, you must contact the relevant schools local authority.
