Notice of Making of an Order
Public Path Diversion Order 2022
The above Order, made on 13 September 2022 under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, will divert part length of Footpath 145 shown by a yellow continuous line on the Order Map (within the red line) starting from point A at grid reference 556130, 179586 approximately 40 metres south west of the junction of Hall Road and Love Lane running in a south westerly direction for a distance of approximately 140 metres to point B at grid reference 555991, 179471
A copy of the Order and the Order map are available on the council's website for planning application reference 22/00829/PROW.
Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent by email to planning.applications@thurrock.gov.uk or in writing to Development Management, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays, RM17 6SL not later than 28 days from advert date. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Thurrock Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
