I give notice that Mr Terry Holding, Grasslands Ltd is applying to Thurrock Council for planning permission comprising: Application for outline planning permission with all matters reserved apart from access: Proposed mixed use development comprising 750 residential dwellings, medical facility, retail and commercial units and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated. The proposal is also a major development.
