On 18 January 2021 Warley Green Limited applied to Thurrock Council for Full Planning Permission.

I give notice that Warley Green Limited is applying to Thurrock Council for Installation of renewable led energy generating station comprising ground-mounted photovoltaic solar arrays and battery-based electricity storage containers together with substation, inverter/transformer stations, site accesses, grid connection cable, internal access tracks, security measures, access gates, other ancillary infrastructure, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, Environmental Statement and other documents submitted with the application Thurrock Council’s planning portal (regs.thurrock.gov.uk/online-applications).

Due to restrictions associated with COVID-19, hard copies of the documents are currently not normally available. If you experience difficulties in accessing the electronic copies online, however, please contact the address below and a copy can be made available for a fee of £20 for an electronic copy and £150 for a paper copy.
