Application for the variation of conditions numbers 5 (construction period), 6 (construction traffic management plan CTMP) and 8 (HGV booking system) of planning permission ref. 21/02159/FUL (Installation of renewable energy generating station comprising ground-mounted photovoltaic solar arrays together with substation, inverter/transformer stations, site accesses, grid connection cables, internal access tracks, security measures, access gates, other ancillary infrastructure and landscape and biodiversity enhancements) to remove restriction on time limit for construction and increase HGV numbers.
