Natural Power Consultants has applied to Thurrock Council for variation to a planning permission comprising an application for the approval of variation of details reserved by condition number 9 (lighting) of planning permission reference 17/01435/CV: application for the variation of condition number 2 (accordance with approved plans), number 3 (duration of temporary permission), number 10 (scheme of landscaping), number 18 (penetrative construction methods) of planning permission reference 14/00836/FUL – erection of solar Photovoltaic (PV) arrays with associated infrastructure (ancillary equipment includes inverters, transformers and substations), access tracks, fencing, security including pole mounted CCTV on Ockendon Landfill Site – for permanent lighting at the substation compound area.
An Environmental Statement Addendum has been submitted in accordance with the Town and Country (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations. Members of the public may inspect the planning application, plans, Environmental Statement and all other documents submitted with the application on the council's website at
