Development of gas and electrical connection infrastructure to serve the approved Gateway Energy Centre comprising an approximately 1.2km long underground gas pipeline, an above ground installation (AGI), and associated development (including a modified and extended access track to the AGI, pipeline route marking posts and soft landscaping); and an up to approximately 1.8km long underground 400KV electrical cable system, installation of electrical equipment at the existing National Grid Coryton South substation and associated development (including portable relay rooms, vehicle turning area, fences and cable route markers) - located on land forming part of the London Gateway Logistics Park, land north and south of The Manorway (A1014) and land including part of the Shell Haven terminal.
