Application under s73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the:

Including retention of a two-storey canteen building with a GIA of 97.65 square metres and a maximum height of 12.23m AOD, 2 toilet units with a combined GIA of 49.66 square metres and a maximum height of 6.24m AOD, a cabin office with a GIA of 86.67 square metres and a maximum height of 10.2m AOD. Retention of an electrical substation, lighting columns at 46.7m AOD, fencing, gates and barriers to a maximum height of 15.2m AOD, drainage, communication and electrical cabling connections.
