Tilbury development framework
The Tilbury development framework sets out a vision and principles for creating a better living and working environment.
It is a 'masterplan' of ideas that covers:
- getting the most from Tilbury's location, assets and existing infrastructure
- the expected improvements to public areas
- new proposals and initiatives
It includes:
- diagrams that show possible layout of areas around Tilbury
- how the improvements could be made
We will invite comments on the ideas set out in this framework. Developments will be subject to investment, and policies of the new Local Plan currently being worked on for Thurrock.
