The Transforming Homes programme is currently limited to work that can be carried out within government guidelines. We are contacting residents with details of how these affect works to their property. If you need to discuss this further, please contact your resident liaison officer.

Choosing your new kitchen

If your kitchen is being replaced, there is a range of kitchen packages to choose from. These include a choice of:

  • kitchen units
  • worktop
  • floor coverings

Tell us if you want to mix and match the colour choices, we will be happy to discuss it with you. Contact your resident liaison officer for more details.

The colour range will vary slightly according to your contractor. Colours shown in our pictures are examples and may differ from the real sample that you are presented with.

Kitchen replacement

Kitchen replacements take up to 20 working days to complete. There will be some disruption in this time. We will try to keep disruption to a minimum, but there may be times that you are unable to access your kitchen for a whole day.

Your cooker will normally be reconnected at the end of each day. We will provide you with temporary cooking facilities if this isn't possible.

Your washing machine will be reconnected on a Friday if works are taking place either side of a weekend.

You can ask your Resident Liaison Officer about this. They will be able to make arrangements.
