The Transforming Homes programme is currently limited to work that can be carried out within government guidelines. We are contacting residents with details of how these affect works to their property. If you need to discuss this further, please contact your resident liaison officer.
We will arrange meetings with your local Tenants and Residents Association before works begin on your home. Meetings will be open to all tenants in the neighbourhood whose homes are set to be transformed, and will give you a chance to find out more about the works and ask questions.
We will also hold drop-in sessions if you don’t have a Tenants and Residents Association in your area, or if you just want to know more. You will be able to:
- meet the contractor
- find out what the works will include
- find out how long the works will take
- see samples of kitchen and bathroom units
The contractor will give you a proposed survey date and a proposed start date for the works.
The contractor will have several people on site that will become familiar faces to you. They will tell you who the members of the site team are for your area, including the name of the resident liaison officer for your block.
