Mr H has had cause to complain as he feels that the adviser he spoke with in the Contact Centre was unprofessional.

What we did

The Team Manager traced and listened to the recording of the call in question and the investigation into the complaint concluded that the call was not dealt with in a professional manner.

How we expect our service to get better

The Team Manager has addressed this issue with the staff member who has been reminded of the level of service expected.
