Welcome to the 2009/2010 academic year at the Thurrock Adult Community College. Our courses range from a few weeks to a full year and have been planned sympathetically to fit in with busy adult and family lives and to help you get the most from your time with us. You may want to learn a new language, brush up your English and maths skills, keep up with your children or grandchildren, surf the 'net, gain a qualification, or two, or three. Maybe a course with us will be your first step towards a change of career, first job or to prove you can do it! If you are unsure of the course that is right for you - then please ask. Our team are experienced, qualified, friendly and supportive. We are well known for our warm welcome. So remember it is never too late to learn and it doesn't matter how well you did at school. Learning will keep your brain active, improve your confidence and can definitely be fun. Come and join us to brush up old skills, discover new talents and explore your potential.
