Welcome to the Thurrock Adult Community College. We know that learning for life is good for us, keeping us positive, healthy and optimistic, but it is also necessary to get us into work. Our courses have been designed to offer you the chance to choose what is important to you.

It might be looking at your future - then try our new programme designed to help you choose a path into work, or a path into learning. You may want to learn with your family and if your children are young then the family learning programme will have something for you. Keeping healthy might be your interest - we have exercise or cookery courses. A language would keep your mind active; an arts or crafts course to make a personalised gift for your home or family; emailing across the world; managing your money using your pc. How about gaining your first qualification? Why not make it two or three?

All of our courses have been planned sympathetically to fit into busy adult and family lives and to help you get the most from your time with us. But if you are unsure of the course that is right for you - then please ask. Our team are experienced, qualified, friendly and supportive. We are well known for our warm welcome.

Last year over 3000 people came to our courses, they now know that learning will keep your brain active, improve your confidence and can definitely be fun. Come and join them and try us!

Principal
