We are reassessing all rejected applications for a place on our housing register where:

  • the application was made between 1 June 2020 and 24 April 2023
  • the reasons to move were due to a medical condition or disability

If you would like us to reassess your application on the above grounds, please send your application reference by email to our Housing Registration team, below.

You should not send your reference for reassessment if either:

  • you have already appealed the decision, supplied medical evidence and were provided an outcome from a medical assessment
  • you have been refused a medical priority band on the housing register
