Sunbeds and the law
The government has published information to help sunbed businesses comply with the law.
Under the Sunbeds (Regulation) Act 2010, anyone involved in carrying on a sunbed businesses must make sure no person under the age of 18 years-old either:
- uses a sunbed
- is offered the use of a sunbed
- is present in a restricted zone
