You can buy tickets online at any time, or phone our box office on 0345 300 5264 from Tuesday to Friday between midday and 3pm, or Saturdays between 10am and 1pm. Our box office counter on the ground floor is open at the same times.

If you have a ticket for a show that is postponed or cancelled, we will contact you – please do not contact us.
Where possible, when a show has to be postponed or cancelled we'll move it to a later date and transfer tickets automatically. If you can't attend the new date, we'll offer you a refund. If we cannot move a show to a new date, we'll issue refunds automatically and will let you know.
