e garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
No development included in Schedule 2, Part I, Classes A, B, C, D, E and F, and Part 2, Class A shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. No caravan or boat shall be sited in any areas identified on the plans hereby approved as parking areas.
