| Description |
The garages hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.
No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A,B,C,D,E and F shall take place without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority. No caravans or boats shall be sited in front of the forwardmost part of any of the dwellings hereby approved. All windows in the side elevations of 5,7 Edmund Road & 18 Doncella Close and in the southern elevation of the flats forming 11,11a and 12 Doncella Close shall be permanently fixed shut and obscure glazed.
