Fences alongside Pilgrims Lane shall only be chain link in type together with hedgerow planting as part of the landscape scheme referred to in Condition 3. Following the Implementation of the scheme there shall be no additional or replacement walls or fences without the prior written approval of the Local Planning Authority.

The garage hereby approved/permitted shall only be used for the parking of cars in connection with the residential use of the site and for no other purposes whatsoever.

No development included in Schedule 2, Part 1, Classes A, B, C, D, E shall take place on 1,2,10,14,15 Hatton Close and 22,24,26 Grifon Road and Part 1 Class F in respect of all plots without the grant of an additional planning permission by the Local Planning Authority.

No caravans or boats shall be sited in front of the forwardmost part of any of the dwellings hereby approved
